This chili is simple, hearty, and full of flavor. Made with seasoned ground beef, beans, tomatoes, and warm spices, it’s a satisfying meal that’s high in protein and fiber. It’s easy to prep, perfect for cozy nights at home, and makes great leftovers for the next day. My kids love to top it off with Frito chips for a nice added crunch!
Equipment
- 1 large pot
Ingredients
- Goya Adobo Seasoning (Optional)
- 3-4 tbsp Chili Powder
- 1-2 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Chipotle Chili Powder
- 1-2 tsp Kinder's Smoked Garlic Powder
- 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 carton Beef Broth (Sometimes I add a little more for thinning- so get two boxes just in case)
- 3 can Kidney Beans
- 1 can Black Beans
- 2 can Pinto Beans
- 1 can Rotel
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes
- 1 can Tomato Sauce
- 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
- 2 lbs Ground Beef
Instructions
- Sauté ground beef and season with Goya Adobo seasoning (this is optional but I always season ground beef with Goya as a base seasoning).
- Drain meat. Add remaining ingredients and allow it to simmer for at least 1 hour (don’t skip this step!).
- Taste test after an hour of cooking and add more seasonings if needed.
