Equipment

Ingredients

  • Goya Adobo Seasoning (Optional)
  • 3-4 tbsp Chili Powder
  • 1-2 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Chipotle Chili Powder
  • 1-2 tsp Kinder's Smoked Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 carton Beef Broth (Sometimes I add a little more for thinning- so get two boxes just in case)
  • 3 can Kidney Beans
  • 1 can Black Beans
  • 2 can Pinto Beans
  • 1 can Rotel
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 can Tomato Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 2 lbs Ground Beef

Instructions

  • Sauté ground beef and season with Goya Adobo seasoning (this is optional but I always season ground beef with Goya as a base seasoning).
  • Drain meat. Add remaining ingredients and allow it to simmer for at least 1 hour (don’t skip this step!). 
  • Taste test after an hour of cooking and add more seasonings if needed.
